Boxofwine.ie teams up with Wineport Lodge
Ireland’s ‘tailored to your taste’ wine subscription service boxofwine.ie has teamed up with Wineport Lodge to offer a bespoke sommeliers selection of wines. Box of wine founders, Conor Duggan, Neil O’Reilly & Conor Mulligan are working with with Ray Byrne and Jane English from Wineport Lodge to offer a bespoke selection of wine that comes with food pairing suggestions.
The delivery will include wines selected by Wineport Lodge Restaurant and a list of suggestions and recipes to match. How about pairing Malbec with confit duck leg, celeriac remoulade and black cherry gel? Why not try Cabernet Sauvignon with risotto of wild mushroom and butternut squash or a perhaps a Chardonnay paired with prawns, avocado and rocket leaves in a lime and ginger dressing?
Tasting cards with information about the vineyards will also be included. The wines are all organic and selected from sustainably farmed vineyards.
This bespoke wine subscription service is now available on www.Boxofwine.ie for €59.95 per month (including delivery costs) the subscription will be taken on a monthly basis, and will entitle subscribers will receive specially selected box of three wines delivered to their door.
