At the Iveagh Gardens Dublin from 1st to 5th September will be Dine Town’s Chef Eric Matthews and Marcus O’Laoire on starting your own food business from scratch. Up and coming food entrepreneurs Harry Colley of Harry’s Nut Butter, Gráinne Mullins of Grá Chocolates and Conor Bacon of Too Savage will also appear at Taste of Dublin. The Food for Thought stage with Regina XXL will host Eoin Sheehan, Thalia Heffernan, Holly White and Kevin & Taurean of Dublin’s Two Boys Brew.
