Now that the Indian summer has arrived why not sit back and enjoy the last of the summer sunshine with Moët & Chandon’s Ice Impérial. This is the first and only champagne especially created to be enjoyed over ice. It offers Champagne lovers a new tasting experience, while remaining true to the Moët & Chandon style The profiles of the wines used in the assemblage have been selected for the specific contribution made by the key grapes Pinot Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay.

Here’s how it works, chill the bottle to 7 C. Place in a champagne bucket, fill with ice cubes and add water. When chilled, pour 12cl of Ice Impérial into a large glass. Add three large ice cubes, sit back in the sun, and savour.
