A brand-new food and wine course is now available in Ireland.  The curriculum, was developed by wine and food educator Trish Rogers who devised it while living in the United States.  The Diploma in Food & Wine Synergy has been completed by students at Linfield University Oregon; Johnson & Wales University, North Carolina; Miami Institute of Wine & Food, Florida; American Institute of Wine & Food, Washington DC and in the United Kingdom in the Hampshire Wine School.  The course has a CEH Accreditation from the American Culinary Federation.

The first Irish edition of this third level programme will take place in Galway in March 2024.  The course and will include four modules, as well as an examination.

Venue:  Daróg Wine Bar 56 Lower Dominick St, Galway H91 K225

Dates:   March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th.

The course will be available to trade students in Ireland, in association with the Irish Guild of Sommeliers (IGOS)  Application information from IrishGuildSomm@gmail.com  IGOS Members can take part in the course for a special Members Rate.
