Pub Lunches in Dedham

The Dedham Vale

Looking to get away, or visit the countryside the Autumn for a weekend or even just a day? Think about Dedham.

The Dedham Vale is a registered Area of Outstanding Beauty, and of course is right at the heart of Constable Country (see here). Located on the Essex/ Suffolk boarder, there is plenty of beautiful scenery and many walks to choose from. For walks in the area
see here. But after a long walk, it’s always nice to relax, and warm up in a nice and cosy, traditional English Pub. The Sun Inn, located in the centre of Dedham, makes a lovely stop to eat.

The Sun Inn Dedham

“In the heart of Dedham, The Sun Inn has been a watering hole for villagers and resting post for travellers for centuries. These days, it’s much the same. An ideal spot to revive yourself be it with a pint of craft beer, a meal using fine East Anglian produce or a good night’s sleep.”

Complete with open fires, the pub is a great place to stop off and warm up this Autumn/ Winter. For food Menu, see here.
