Award Winning Cognac created by Irish Sommelier

Congratulations to Julie Dupouy Young,  award winning Sommelier and President of the Irish Guild of Sommeliers on her most recent achievement, the creation of an award winning Cognac, Exsto.

Exsto is the first Cognac created in partnership between a master blender and a sommelier.  Exsto Cognac Elixir secured a Master medal in the No Age Statement – Ultra Premium round at this year’s Cognac Masters competition organised by The Spirit Business publication.

Elixir launched in Singapore a year ago was awarded the accolade due to its “inviting nose” and flavours of “raisins, caramel, medjool dates, leather and wood polish”.
